How to save stickers from iMessage to Photos

I used to be able to press and hold on a sent sticker in iMessage and have the ability to save the image. Now there is no option. I can't copy it, forward it...the 3 lines at the top right bring up a list of the image files w/o any option to do anything with them. Any suggestions?
