Photo Udate on New iPad

The photo app says it is updating now for four days. I think it is looking at the wrong icloud. I have a different user name and pw for ITunes and ICloud.. how do I sign into the right icloud? Thanks

Wanting to change Apple ID but not losing data My iTunes account has my iPhone, my mothers and my fathers. I have iCloud turned off as well as other things as I have had the problem of our phones receiving phone call/messages from one of the other phones. I now really want to use iCloud as a security to not lose my photos again and would like to create them a seperate iTunes account. The only thing I don’t know how/ if it’s possible is if they can keep all there photos, notes, contacts, apps if switching to a new Apple ID. Please let me know how to achieve this.

Photo I had to change my iCloud password because I sold my old phone. When they delated all the info off it I lose all my photos off my new phone. Now I can’t access my old account to get the photo off it. What can I do

No you can't merge two icloud accounts.
