When attempting download a popup appeared with blank check box and chooses for other , accempt, cancel that were not active, and the program was frozen. I had to close with task manager, and did not receive download of the music. how do I get the music downloaded or refund

If the purchase was successful : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support
If it was successful but doesn't show, and if it's not hidden (Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support), contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
And it's not a good idea to post your email address on a public forum.
