Apple charged me for Music subscription I DID NOT sign up for. When I clicked "request a refund I got "bad gateway" message. Help!

Apple charged me for a Music subscription. I did not sign up for a music subscription. When I clicked the "request a refund" link the notification "bad gateway" popped up. I just want a refund. Also, is it true that only $1600 computer I have to pay a monthly fee to use the music player function? I DON'T buy music from Apple. It's stuff I get from other sources.
