Time Machine Battery Optimize

I would like to stop Time Machine Backups when my MacBook Air is running on battery.

Is there any option or checkbox like "Do not backup when on battery" ?

I am missing this.

No, but you can deselect 'make backups automatically' (Apple menu, SystemPreferences, TimeMachine). If you do so, don't forget to make backups manually on a regular base
