updating form of payment for iTunes and iPhone

my credit card completely changes because it was stolen, I have a whole new card but cannot add it, as the system just want me to update the old one. I cannot update the old one as it is completely deactivated. Since there is a payment due on iCloud subscription, i am stuck in a continuous circle of not being able to add or update payment-HELP

Try adding the new one and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
