Poor Experience at an Apple Retail Store

I just had a poor experience at an Apple store in Buford, Georgia. I don’t see an easy way to report or communicate my issue which is troubling. Up until this date I have experienced superb customer service but not today. Why doesn’t Apple have a way to share both good and bad experiences at an Apple retail store ?

I agree that it would be nice for customers if Apple did have a good feedback system for reporting positive and negative feedback about store experiences. You can use the Apple product feedback page (https://www.apple.com/feedback/) to make that great suggestion.


If you want to talk to someone on the phones at Apple your best bet would be talking to someone in customer or consumer relations group.


However, as was already pointed out going back and asking to talk to a manager about your concerns is a good way also.
