I need to book an appointment at highpoint Apple store in Melbourne. My issue will not be resolved over the phone as this issue is covered under warranty and i need to go face to face

Apple warranty claim Hi Apple Support Community, Myself Mohammed im staying in Oman. I have purchased the iPhone XS Max last year. My Apple warranty was ending this first of this month. i have been waiting for the Stores to open Since couple of months so that i could visit the store and get my iphone repaired, the stores all the region have been closed due to this Pandemic. Book an appointment To whom this may concern, I would like to make an appointment to the Kahala location. I need to return an item that I received and I called apple support and was told to go on line and book an appointment and I am not sure where to do so. Please call me at 808-226-1118

I have apple care plus of my iPhone Xs. And it’s broken now i want to replace it.
