How do get Logic pro x 10.3.3

I have a mac that will only run LPX 10.3.3 as it has El Captian, but I don't see how to get it on the apple site as it only offers the latest 10.4 which won't run on on my mac pro 5,1 2010 from what I read. some one said to login into a mac with Sierra ,use my apple id , and d/l but it will only Dl/ the newest version(10.4), so I would be spending $200 on a version I can't run, how do i get around this? It seems as if Apple leaves a lot of user in the dust if we can't afford a new mac every year!

You log in to a Mac running Sierra where it will let you buy Logic. You don't even have to download it on the Sierra Mac, but you could if you wanted and then instantly delete it. The issue with previous systems when buying for the first time is it will only let you buy the latest version. This will then register the purchase against your Apple ID.

Then you go back to your El Capitan Mac, log in with the same Apple ID and in Purchases you will see Logic but a version that's compatible with El Capitan. That's how you get an older version.
