Billing info update

I had my wallet stolen so I had to cancel my credit cards used for billing method for my iTunes account. I received new cards and tried updating my new valid credit card used for my iTunes account but it won’t let me update anything unless I have the old cards 3 digit Security code on the back of card which was stolen so i can’t access that card number. What would be the best way to update and add another payment method or edit the card on file.

Try doing it via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
