Updating billing information

The card I had on file was stolen when my wallet was stolen. I have since deactivated it with my bank. I need to update my billing information with the new card. HOWEVER, it will not let me because it keeps asking me for the security code of my OLD CARD. which I do NOT have.


I have tried numerous times to fix this on my phone. I am trying to update billing for apple music as well. please help

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

Try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
