Trouble with my iphone NOTES

I started my iphone and wanted to check something at my notes, when i realized they where all gone only the ones with icloud where remaining. I had really important personal stuff saved there and i am trying to get them back but i cant. I also dont have a backup because it´s a brand new iphone. The notes where associated with my gmail account. Can anybody please help me! i am really worried of not getting them back.
