AirPods not showing anything on my phone after I put forgot device

My airpods are blinking white and they are ready to pair but it’s not showing anything on my phone after I put forgot device from Bluetooth settings

AirPods Pro not reconnecting after forgetting from device I just forgot my AirPods Pro from my device to solve some connection issues and when I go to reconnect the case to my phone by holding the button down, my iPhone won’t detect it and show the onscreen instructions. The AirPods case when holding the button down goes from flashing white to flashing amber and then back to flashing white. Help would be greatly appreciated
