We have an older Apple TV set up in our office and when trying to play TED Talks from the TED app it just says "accessing TED" but never loads. This is very frustrating. We reconnected, checked the connection, etc, but no luck.
Any ideas? Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?

Have you contacted TED about supported device models? It may be that some older models are no longer supported, like some other content provider chose to drop support.
