I have just received an invoice for $11.99 for Apple Music membership but I don’t recall signing up for it - this amount has also been debited from my bank account??
Is this an annual fee as I dont understand?

Or, since the published prices are 9.99 for an individual and you were billed 11.99 - are you sure it is from Apple? Or could it be a scammer? Can you hover over the from email address and see if it ends with apple.com or ???
