Iphone 6s freeze for all incoming calls

Hi Team,

my Iphone 6s freezes for all incoming calls and only option I have is to reboot and call them back, doing this my battery drains out fast.

I have updated to latest OS 12.3.1, I have free space of 5GB in 64GB and problem still continues. Please suggest to fix this issue?
