Apple ID issue

I have created a new Apple ID for my mom, which went well but when it’s time to download or update apps it asks us for the log in info of an account she doesn’t have the info for.

What confuses me is the fact that we have created her a new one, we are logged in with the new one but then when I click “update” app it asks us for the password of another email we don’t have an idea of the log in info

pls help us

Anything downloaded by an account is permanently tied to that account, so only that can account can download updates to its apps. To get those apps linked to a new account delete them and buy and download them on that new account.
