iTunes doesn't recognize my ipod shuffle 4th

I have ipod shuffle 4th gen. in perfect condition, fully charged, it works well. Also I have updated my macOS and i Tunes on last version. But when I plug my ipod shuffle to mac, itunes doesn't recognize it. It seems like nothing happend. I have already tried everything what I found on internet.
