I was watching Prime Video, had some issues with trying to set subtitles
Now when I tap on the Prime Video Icon it keeps taking me straight to Settings, I can't get to Prime Video Home

The normal way to exit a screen and to get back to a higher level in the navigation, is to use the Menu button.
If you have an Apple TV (4th or 5th generation), then you can try to force-close a misbehaving app, by going to the App Switcher and swiping up to close the chosen app. (See: Switch quickly between Apple TV apps - Apple TV User Guide - Apple Support.) Then re-launch and try again.
