I was in Amazon Prime Video and went to settings. Now I’m stuck and can’t get out. I can get to the AppleTV main menu but not back to the Prime Video main menu.

I recommend force quitting the Apple TV app, then trying to re-open it. You can do that by double clicking the Home/TV button, swiping left/right until you find the app, and then swiping up.
If that doesn’t help, try restarting your Apple TV: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201836
