TV Provider unavailable since reset and OS update

I had to reset my Apple TV and updated the OS nearly two weeks ago. Since then, my TV provider (Cox) is said to be “temporarily unavailable” whenever I’ve tried to sign in. It appears other TV providers are available for sign in. I’ve restarted and even reset to factory settings in an attempt to clear this problem without success. Is there some issue specifically with Cox as my TV provider? Is there a solution to this issue?
