My iPhone 5 'logged me out' of our Wifi. I tried putting in the password but it keeps saying "password incorrect". I went on my iPad and pressed "Forget this network" and then put in the exact same password that I tried on my phone and it worked. I keep trying to join the network on my phone but it won't work! What can I do to fix this?

Assuming this only happens with your home network, as a first step reboot your router. Sometimes routers stop responding to one or more devices, especially devices that are only intermittently connected. There's a long technical explanation, but I'll skip that unless you really want to see it.
