App Store sign in
Hi I am unable to sign into the App Store with my Apple ID even though I can sign into iCloud with the same ID the App Store allows me to sign in with other accounts and I can sign in with this ID in other devices
what should i do
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset.
