Cannot restore macbook pro 2018

Hi all, my macbook pro 2018 had an accident when I tried to install a windows on my macbook parallelly but unluckily I had format the whole system and now the mac os had been lost, I suspect that the recovery partition have been erased too. It means that my macbook now just has only a windows, no mac os anymore.

I've tried internet recovery but after key in the wifi password, the spinning globe appear, and I wait for a very long time 4-5hours but nothing happen, the globe keep spinning and no disk utility appear like what I read in some article. I tried many times but still face the same situation.

And I've tried to create a boot usb on my windows environment laptop but when I choose booting from Usb, it keep show internet recovery, and ask for the wifi password, and the same situation appear like what I did with internet recovery mode.

What should I do with my macbook now to restore the factory mac os? Please help!
