Uploading files from USB Voice recording device

I am trying to upload audio files from a USB audio device purchased on Amazon. I can only listen to it on VLC. When I try to open in garageband I get error code -43, with quicktime player I get error 1885563711, when I try to open in iTunes, nothing happens- no error code or response of any kind. I want to edit slightly to cut it the length and then would like to share from there.

I have tried to modify the file type and still nothing works.

Error messages and replay I play Music on a Windows 10 pc. While it's playing I get "playback error" messages but nothing happens. I can't repeat albums or load a new one without restarting. Help.
