iPhone overheating and crashing a lot

Sorry for reposting since I put the last one in the wrong topic - My iPhone 6s Plus, which I got around 8 months ago, keeps over heating. It is getting very hot to touch near the top right of the screen, around where the rear camera is. I had a screen replacement from the Apple store around 2/3 months ago. I have restored the iPhone to factory settings and wiped the iPhone's contents but this problem still persists.

Also, the battery gets drained really quickly, even while charging, and the phone crashes at least once every hour. In addition to that, it disconnects from the WiFi every now and then.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how i can fix it?

Was this happening before the repair?

Either way, I'd go back to the Apple store and ask for help. Sounds like a hardware issue to me.
