The unknown other documents on iCloud has occupied 4.9G of my 5G free space. However, I have looked all the way to delete the file but couldn't.
Can someone tell me how to do that?
I have no idea what those files are since I can not open the documents at all. They do not appear anywhere in either my Mac or my online iCloud space.

Try going to iCloud.com/iCloud Drive using a computer browser and delete any files there that you don't need. Then click Recently Deleted at the bottom right and delete the files from there. Then go to iCloud.com/Settings/Advanced/Restore Files and delete anything there.
