Windows won't boot INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Hello i have windows bootcamp partition which stopped booting with this bsod error: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.

Prior to this i tried cleaning windows update files through windows disk cleanup utility. There was about 8gigs of update files. I started the cleanup and it run for a while... after it ended it did nothing and still showed 8gigs. I tried restarting and then i got the bsod.

Bootcamp installed on MacBook Pro 2017.

I tried following this solution https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250308247 but i can't get past the command prompt which is supposed to open when pressing shift f10... it does not open.

Any ideas how to fix this?

There is tool called bcdboot (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/bcdboot-command-line-options-techref-di). The "/s" qualifier will let you use the macOS EFI, if the EFI partition in your diskpart list is assigned a drive letter and is not hidden. The "/f" qualifier lets you specifiy the firmware type, which should be UEFI, in your specific case.
