Unable to edit payment method

My existing account has a credit card that was lost. I’ve since replaced it, but I’m unable to edit method of payment since there are several subscriptions that need to be paid first.

The problem is, it keeps asking me for the cvv of the lost credit card! Ugh... I’m seriously trying to add a new credit card but it insists I put in the cvv of my old card. What the heck?!
