Locked account

I changed my password recently but cant sign into my account on my phone.It says it is locked,then send me a verification code which when I get it on my email and put it there,it says this email address is incorrect.Help please

My email and Apple ID is the same when I forgot the password mean that I also cannot access the email. How to solve this? My device was not used for a long time, so I forgot both password of email(never used it) and password of Apple ID. I will give this iPad to my cousin but the account was locked and after try steps from Apple support but all will send the verification to the email that I cannot access. Please advice me to solve this. Thank you.

Trouble resetting password I tap on “forgot password.” After I enter the verification code that was texted to my phone, it brings up another screen and a sks me for a verification code that was sent to my email. I never get that email and it’s the correct email. Then it tells me I have to wait for four days. I keep going in circles! I need to reset my password so I can download apps. What should I do, now?
