How to submit iTunes feedback?

The "Provide iTunes Feedback" menu option takes me to https://www.apple.com/au/feedback/itunesapp.html which throws a 404 Page Not Found error. Surely someone at Apple has noticed this? Wait, I guess no one can submit the feedback to tell them!

Where are we supposed to report bugs or make suggestions for improvements?

iMac 21.5" 4K, macOS 10.14

Thanks, I've submitted feedback that the feedback options is broken when the Australian (au) locale is selected.
