AirDrop doesn't work properly

Hello guys,

I have 13" MacBook Pro (Early 2015) and my AirDrop doesn't work. I cannot see my friend's MacBook or my iPhone (My friend also cannot see my Mac). I tried many solutions, even reinstall the macOS Mojave, but it still doesn't work. I cannot even change the settings (e. g. Everyone, Contacts only, etc.)

In System Report it says "Airdrop: Supported). I have my Bluetooth and WiFi on, Firewall is off.

Do you have any ideas how to solve this problem?

Thanks for every help.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

The basics are:

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

To trouble shoot further you can:

Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc.
