hotspot password being hacked

Hi. So Im in the library and I find my iPhone hotspot showing two connections. I have changed my Password several times but the guy keeps connecting. Is there any way I can just make it invisible or something so that only me can connect?

Personal Hotspot My question is I seem to have lost the Password that originally came on the phone in the “HotSpot Password” section were it is to be entered so that when someone would like to connect to u all u have to do is show them that password and they can connect to ur HotSpot then on ur phone and for some reason cant seem to find the Original one so just wondering if by chance could get a call back from someone with that password thank you.

How to change Hotspot password to my own? I wanted to change the password to my own but every time I go back to the menu it randomly gives me a new password.
