All of a sudden, I'm asked to verify my payment option in App Store on my Mac. But the dialogue offers no way to actually do that. PayPal is my payment option and they say my account is verified. Also, I've had payments go through recently from App Store. What gives?

Sign into your account details in the store and make sure that PayPal is still configured correctly.
