Mac App Store payment option verification.

All of a sudden, I'm asked to verify my payment option in App Store on my Mac. But the dialogue offers no way to actually do that. PayPal is my payment option and they say my account is verified. Also, I've had payments go through recently from App Store. What gives?

Verify payment method How on earth do you verify the payment method? Specifically for PayPal. I just wanted to download Duolingo, a free app, and it won't let me. Every single time it pops up asking me to verify my payment method. I've tried literally everything I can think of. Nothing works, and I never know how I managed to get it fixed, as this does happen quite frequently. I've cancelled all my subscriptions, removed it and put it back in, tried to buy something else through my phone, I even logged out of my Apple ID. It's not like the actual PayPal account is messed up, it works just fine, but nothing goes through my phone.

ApplePaySession.canMakePaymentsWithActiveCard returns false Hello, we use CloadPayments (https://cloudpayments.ru/) service as a payment processor. They gave us an Apple Pay merchant id - '4042580'. We also hosted a domain verification record on our server (https://payment.konsierge.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association). But ApplePaySession.canMakePaymentsWithActiveCard always returns false. On other sites that support ApplePay on this MacBook, the ApplePay button is visible. What could be the reason? Sign into your account details in the store and make sure that PayPal is still configured correctly.
