Billing problems

I have subscribed to some of Apple apps. There was a trial time around a week for those apps. At the end of the trial duration I have not completed the full subscribe And I deleted the apps . However , meanwhile, I’m still receiveing emails of billing problem and I don’t know how to stop receiving this email can you help !!!

Did you stop the auto-renewal of the apps : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ? Just deleting an app won't stop a subscription, it only deletes the app.
