" The iPad [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9) "

This error came out, i have updated my itunes & ios to latest..still facing the same error, just changed to new data usb cable..still same error appear..can someone assist me?

If you went through all the steps in this support article with no success, including trying another computer, you should probably contact Apple for help. There is a link at the end of the support article that you can use in order to initiate contact.

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support


If you live close enough to an Apple Store or an authorized service center, make an appointment and take your iPad there for help.
