Activity app on watch and phone

My activity app on my iPhone 10sMax does not sync with Apple Watch activity app. The app works fine on my watch but will not record info on my activity app on my phone. Everything else syncs on my watch and phone. Any help to fix this problem would be appreciated.

How to get your Apple Watch Activity App to Sync

Go on your Watch app, go to Activity > Progress Update > switch to None.
Restart your iPhone.
Turn off Wi-Fi and turn it back on.
