Apple Pay refund

I used Apple Pay to buy a Groupon in December 2017 and have just recently had the money refunded. I don't remember which credit card was attached to Apple Pay back then but it has most likely been changed to a different card now. Will my refund come through the card I have attached to Apple Pay now?
