iTunes content is all in Japanese
I've changed the language of iTunes into English, but all the contents under "For You", "Browse", "Radio" etc are still in Japanese. The same goes for movies and other stuff.

The change of language doesn't actually come into effect until iTunes is re-started, so have you re-started iTunes?
If you have, and it's the Store that's still in Japanese, have you set the Store to the correct location? At the bottom of the Store's front page is an option to change country:
