Disabled Apple ID in App Store

PLEASE HELP everytime i try to download or update an app my mac comes up with an alert saying “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” What do I do??

Apple ID has been disabled in the app store and itunes I have a few updates available on my MacBook, and when I try to install them, a popup appears saying "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. For assistance, contact iTunes support." I have contacted support multiple times and they have not been able to help. I do not own any other devices, however, when I created a new macOS user, I was able to install apps without a problem. I am also able to install apps on my regular account as well, but not update apps. Can somebody help me resolve this issue? Here is a screenshot attached below:

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
