Apple ID has been disabled in the app store and itunes
I have a few updates available on my MacBook, and when I try to install them, a popup appears saying "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. For assistance, contact iTunes support." I have contacted support multiple times and they have not been able to help. I do not own any other devices, however, when I created a new macOS user, I was able to install apps without a problem. I am also able to install apps on my regular account as well, but not update apps. Can somebody help me resolve this issue? Here is a screenshot attached below:
