PUBG and Disabled account??

Hi there,

I'm from Turkey and live in Turkey. Recently I arrived to Tunisie for a project for a couple month.

I was trying to order some item in PUBG game, I have balance in my account more then needed but each time I received notification that Your purchase could not be completed! contact with apple support!

I contacted with them more then 5 times, talked around 3 hours. they fixed nothing. NOW; new notification on PUBG is your account has been disabled!! and apple call center say we cant do anything!

I have 700 TL (More then 100USD) in my account. no refund no chance for purchase this item nothing. they say create a new account start from the beginning?? my money? forget it??? they said also Its because security reason! its just a game we play

anyone face this issue before? how should I get my money back?
