I have already purchased my album but there is no digital booklet in my library? Plus how to download them?

See Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support and unhide the purchase if it is hidden, then try to download it. I've seen hints elsewhere of problems with digital booklets. Ask iTunes - Official Apple Support for help if required.
