documents in icloud
I have lost from iCloud two important documents for me, could you please explain, why this has happened and what is the possibility to restore? and how?

Try the following. Use an internet browser on a computer and log into icloud.com, click on the Settings app there, and in the Advanced section of Settings click Restore Files.
