We play music at our school for all kinds of functions from PE class to Dances and just general background music at events. We have iPads in our middle school for learning and wanted to know if a teacher or staff can get the discount for Apple Music like the university students?

This is a user to user forum: you are not talking to Apple here. We can't really advise on this. You would need to ask iTunes Support about this. And whether playing this music in public is a breach of copyright (I'd be surprised if it wasn't).
