If I reset my iPad back to the factory settings will I lose photos stored in the cloud?

Reset iPad to factory settings My iPad needs to be reset because of unknown "other" and "media" memory taking up too much space. If you backup the iPad before you reset the iPad back to factory, your photos will still be in the backup in the cloud, ready to be downloaded to your next iPad. Just remember that iCloud is not not a storage service. It is a backup service.

No. If you restore it from iTunes, or from Settings->General->Reset->Erase all Content and Settings on the iPhone, anything in iCloud will be untouched.
