Photos crashes when scrolling

I have tested this photo library on another clean mac with Mojave.

I have repaired this library several times.

It crashes as I begin to scroll. I'm fairly sure it is corrupt assets after a bad import.

If I wait 3-5 minutes without touching the app, it will crash then too...

The library is on a DROBO, but I have copied it to another drive and it crashes on that too as well as another machine with clean account.

First part of crash log below.

Does Photos also crash on a new library? If you create a new library on your system drive as described here:

Create additional photo libraries in Photos on Mac - Apple Support?

If Photos does work on a new library, your current library may be damaged. Is your Drobo drive a NAS? Keeping a library on a network volume may damage it - you can only keep photo libraries on locally mounted drives as described here:

Move your Photos library to save space on your Mac - Apple Support

To get your old library to work, try to repair it (https://support.apple.com/guide/photos/repair-the-library-pht6be18f93/mac) or restore it from a backup: (https://support.apple.com/guide/photos/restore-from-time-machine-pht6d60348f/4.0/mac/10.14)
