Garageband Grey / Yellow Tracks

I've never come across this issue, but my Playhead turned yellow permanently, as well as the Time Position Display, and a few of my tracks turned yellow while the others got greyed out. Some of the tracks are muted, but this is not the issue. I cannot get the grey ones to light up or get them to play - regardless of mute setting. I clicked around and now ALL of my tracks are grey and I cannot play anything I record or already have recorded. Again, my mute buttons are not selected and nothing changes when I mute or solo tracks, just highlights the button. I've attached a screenshot, I feel like this is a very quick fix, I just can't seem to figure it out.
