Yes. All keyboard for non-latin scripts also have English printed on them, otherwise you could not type most email and web addresses. You can see what keyboards look like at

when i bought my mac i asked for arabic keyboard and they put me on a waiting list and got my mac with english and arabic keyboard after two weeks.

You can input English by Korean keyboard if you add English with System Preferences > Languages and region.

Just click + icon and add English as second language.
