Apple Music undownloaded songs

Hey there I was hoping someone could help me solve an issue I'm having with Apple Music. A few months back I noticed that all of the songs in my library, which were almost all downloaded so I can use them for offline, were out of the blue un-downloaded. So already super frustrating, but where it gets worse is that it still shows on the app info as well as my phone (Samsung galaxy s9) that there is still almost 15gb of internal storage being used from Apple Music, which would make sense if all of my songs were still downloaded but they aren't for whatever reason. If I go into the app settings to downloaded music it says that there is 14.32gb worth of songs but when I click on that it literally says "no downloaded music". So this is big problem because it is taking up a lot of storage on my phone and I want to redownload all of my songs for offline use but cant because it continues to use up my storage even more when I try. And to pre answer a question I'm sure someone will ask, no I never at any point cancelled or had a hold on my subscription. Please help as I don't want to lose my entire library! (**also this is NOT about my iPad, this is about my Samsung s9**)
